Wes Boling specializes in class actions, complex business litigation, and employment defense, bringing a mix of litigation experience and entrepreneurial insight to his practice.  With a background defending Fortune 500 companies at global firms like DLA Piper and Mayer Brown, Wes now specializes in advising medium size companies, startups, and small businesses, often serving as outside general counsel in connection with litigation matters. Since founding his solo practice in 2014, Wes has guided clients of all sizes through complex litigation, compliance, and strategic growth, leveraging both his experience with startup companies in the tech and creative sectors and his experience defending large companies and employers in law suits in California State and Federal Courts.

Wes focuses his practice on delivering tailored, efficient legal solutions, utilizing technology and the latest advancements in artificial intelligence.  Notable achievements include successfully defending nationwide brands against consumer class actions, negotiating favorable resolutions in California employment class actions, and navigating the complexities of partnership disputes and corporate dissolutions to a favorable resolution.

A 2012 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, Wes contributed to the Innocence Project, resulting in overturning a wrongful conviction and capital punishment, which was featured on an episode of the Serial Podcast.  He holds a 2009 M.A. in international relations from SUNY Buffalo and a 2007 B.A. from the College of Charleston.  Fluent in German, Wes has advised international clients, including a Member of the German Parliament, on U.S. business relations, having completed a fellowship in the parliamentary office of the current Chancellor of Germany.
