Brent Kupfer specializes in construction and business litigation. He represents contractors, material suppliers, and design consultants in payment disputes and complex-construction lawsuits. Brent also represents businesses in a variety of disputes, such as landlord-tenant disputes, breach of contract lawsuits, and derivative actions.
Brent previously worked for Byron & Edwards, APC and Hyde & Swigart, APC. At the former, he defended design professionals in complex construction-defect and personal injury lawsuits. At the latter, he represented consumers in class-action lawsuits concerning debt collection statutes.
Brent spends his leisure time surfing, hiking, and camping.
